At Limited Edition Vinyl Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record is damaged or does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the vinyl you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Shipment

  Place the record back in its original specialized mailer with the protective bubble wrap to ensure the sleeve and vinyl remain mint during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the record's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
